The idea for Clean Home Clear Mind appeared when one of the owners had multiple unpleasant experiences with cleaning companies. One of the experiences, the cleaning lady showed up and over-charged her, while she was in a very weak mental state, also shaming her during the whole cleaning experience.

After that experience, she decided to hire a reputable company, thinking they would provide better service, unfortunately that was not the case either, this company sent untrained employees who quickly rushed through, they were asked to come back and still didn’t do a good job, ultimately leaving the job to be finished and completed correctly by herself. People have always told her she cleaned very well, and so she decided to work for a company, they treated her badly and rushed her. She decided that didn’t work for her and started working independently. Clients were happy and so was she. Unfortunately she was not a fan of the toxic chemicals being used to clean, so she started to do more research into natural products and testing them, finding out that not only do some clean better, but they are not harming the environment and are not toxic for humans to be breathing.

After a couple years went by, the idea of Clean Home Clear Mind was born (during a therapy session actually) It was a thought that came to mind, so many people struggle with ADHD now, also so much shame around having your home be messy and it only gets worse, but the shame to ask someone to come help, can be overwhelming.

That’s why at Clean Home Clear Mind, everyone is trained on various mental health issues and we only want to work with compassionate and empathetic people.

This is not just a cleaning company, it’s much needed support system.
