  • Absolutely not, most clients either leave their key with their concierge, in a lock box or leave a key under the mat.

  • Yes, we provide each client with a before and after photo for your peace of mind.

  • At the moment, it will always be two people.

  • We love animals! Please allow for a proper first-time introduction prior to the cleaner starting the work.

  • Should you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice, we can absolutely reschedule your cleaning (we understand, things can happen) should we be locked out of the property or you cancel prior to 24 hours, the full fee is non-refundable (some exceptions, under extreme circumstances.)
